Personally, I didn't like House of 1000 Corpses too much, though it was a very admirable first time effort by Rob. You can tell he learned a lot by making it just by looking at how phenominal The Devil's Rejects ended up being. ------ Enjoy

House is more of a classic horror style, and TDR is a bonnie and clyde-esque serial killer pic. I did appreciate the things you mentioned, and it had a lot of aspects that I liked about it, but it just wasn't enough for me to say that I really liked the movie as a whole. It had some major flaws in the storytelling department, mostly, and some of the edits went from being creepy to just plain annoying (I'm going to use the "RUN RABBIT!" scene as an example here). So I skipped on it until I watch through the tv series. When that will be, i have no idea. ------ Enjoy
