It does have the occasional issue.
mainly how fucking over-powered midget shotgunners are because they shoot at range and still hit high fucking damage -.-

but yeah, most games do have issues these days.
and one mission for me where you find this revolver in the desert hasn't properly worked, as the last piece is literally nowhere to be found, yet it has a waypoint -.-

Re: Borderlands

problem I have with revolvers is they are way too slow and don't have any spread, usually don't have a sight to make up for that either.
because I'm a tank, I find the opportunity to just run right in there and rape the shit out of everything with high damage count too good of an opportunity to miss.

so while I could sit back with a sniper if something in the distance really is pissing me off, I prefer to move to medium range and use my rocket if its that bad (like three turrets in one area) or run right in there, recharge my shield if possible, whack on a med if needed, go into rage mode and whack the crap out of everything in sight

i hate using rocket launchers they never seem to do enough damage. The eridian weapons have been pretty useless too for me at least.

Not got far enough to get those yet myself.
they come from the vault right?
or can you get them pre-vault?

my current guess is they're in the vault, which explains the replay ability with all items and stats, also works vice versa, and would explain why the vault would be end game if it had all them riches and such inside.

I found them randomly, they're good to hang on to just incase. Especially the one that shoots giant slow moving balls of.. energy or whatever. Perfect for that one stationary boss.

Yeah, I found it quite fitting to use that gun as the last shot I fired against it.
though for the most part, I used an assault rifle for that.

Completed the game at level 35, and tell you what, the final boss

I found the final boss way too easy tbh. I mean, yes, you wait around wasting ammo clips on it over and over, and avoid its death beam, but it was much easier then any other boss... wait, no, that's a lie.
The third bandit boss (the supposed badass one who crazy earl sends you to kill) was my easiest.

one rocket shot. seriously. it took ONE rocket shot to kill that guy. I didn't even kill any of his crew before him -.-)

Entire game was pretty easy, bosses weren't too hard or too easy which was nice. I dislike games where you have to find out some stupid obscure shit as to how to kill the boss.

this.
I mean, generally the hardest things about the bosses wasn't the bosses themselves, but he goons.
explanation coming in spoiler:
(WARNING: VERY DETAILED)

The first boss, nine toes. well he was easy as shit, you just had to avoid all the skags and bandits more-so then worry about him. Its so bad, I can't even remember the fight with him.

The second boss, sledge. well he was a bastard with his goons, not only did you have to go through his hide-out which I found rather challenging at the time because the sheer amount of enemies that were only one level below me so still dishing out major damage, but hen you had to fight that super steriods guy which was only not so bad because I was a beserker.

then you had his actual place of hiding, filled with enemies even stronger then the last set in his den, they again were similar level to me, and most of the battle was taking them down rather then sledge. sledge was fucking easy because I just used a x4 electric shotgun and his sheilds went POP after about three shots. shields my ass. they were weak.

the fourth boss, that was mad mel....well, he only caused me problems in that I crashed into one of his goons in the death ring, flipping my car giving them an easy chance to kill me while trying to flip my car back over to carry on.
second time around with him I owned him no problem.

The fifth boss I think was the crazy earl one, sure of it. anyway, he was too damned easy for sure. I had this rocket launcher that does 280x3 damage (3 shots broke off one missile) and it had x4 acid on it, which blew up the turret the "badass" boss got onto. one shot kill? damn.

sixth boss was the worst imo. I HATE RAKKS. that fucking rakk hive was not my class speciality, I couldn't go run up to it and whack it or anything like that, so it took all my shotgun, all my rockets and some of my assault rifle. fucking mammoth.

Seventh boss I didn't even know the name of I don't even remember, but he was in this big tower and once you got to the top, you had to fight fie waves of enemy. annoying but easily done. got through all them fights and then the final boss was relatively easy compared to his minions.

the last boss... as in the final boss, well, that was just easy. shoot in the eye, take cover. shoot in the eye, take cover, shoot in the eye.... the worst bit about that boss again, was getitng to it past all those guardians which were of equal level to me, going through so so many rounds with the assault rifle.

Re: Borderlands

I've been playing this for a few days now, and it's pretty fun.

You know what I don't dig about this game, though? Re-spawning the enemies. What the fuck is up with that? I get sick of killing the same enemies over and over, everywhere I go on the map.

It's also a pain in the ass when I'm fighting through tough baddies who are at higher levels than I am, ever so slowly making my way toward a way point, only to have them re-spawn on me if I take too long. It's ridiculous.

They even re-spawn main characters who are a part of the story line. Like, the first time I noticed this, it was with the bandit camp that is near Fyrestone and I still saw bandits running out of there so I thought I'd go back and clean it out in case I forgot some of them. Who did I find there, alive and well? Bonehead. WTF is that? I've killed him twice now, I assume he'd be there again if I went back.

Retarded.

Other than that, great game. XD
